Does Allo dial the number for me?
You make the call on your phone and put it on speaker beside your computer. Allo listens and speaks through your computer’s microphone and speakers. Your phone stays connected if you pause or end Allo.
Do I need to speak German?
You can prepare your brief in English. Allo supports German and English calls, with original captions and translations alongside. Translation can make mistakes, so check important details and ask the other person to repeat anything unclear.
Can I step in during the call?
Yes. Send a private instruction, answer a question, or pause Allo and speak yourself. Before calling, review your brief and specify what Allo may agree to and what needs your approval.
What does the free trial include?
Voice setup, practice, and calls share your trial minutes. Your remaining time is shown in the app. No payment details are needed, and saved briefs and call history remain available when your minutes run out.
What is saved after a call?
Allo saves text captions, translations, and a summary you can review. Your briefs and uploaded documents are also saved. Allo does not save call audio; live audio is processed by its voice provider to run the session.
